RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Sales of products via the Internet are governed by Legislative Decree no. 206/05 (art. From 50 to 68) which regulates the matter of distance contracts, that is practiced outside of business premises. This legislation establishes the right of withdrawal, or the possibility for the consumer to return the purchased product and obtain reimbursement of the expense incurred. This right is reserved exclusively for natural persons (consumers), therefore it cannot be exercised by legal persons and by natural persons who are examined for purposes related to any professional activity carried out. To exercise the right of withdrawal it is necessary to send a communication within 10 working days of receipt of the goods in which the desire to withdraw from the contract is expressed. The communication must be made by registered letter with return receipt as required by the relevant law. Pursuant to article 55, second paragraph, of the Consumer Code, the customer will not have the right of withdrawal in the event that the supply cannot be returned because it risks deteriorating or expiring rapidly (eg foodstuffs or foods that are easily perishable) . The costs of returning the product are charged to the customer.

The purchased good must be returned accompanied by the original packaging complete in all its parts. The shipment of the returned products can be made by any means chosen by the customer. For all products, we guarantee the integrity of the product and packaging at the time of delivery and compliance with the expiration date. In the event that the product is not in order, Aranciabaffo.com undertakes to replace the altered products with a new supply at its own expense no later than 10 days from the delivery date after returning the altered product and accompanied by explanatory photographic material. .
Any damage to the packaging and / or the product or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications, must be immediately reported, putting "RESERVE OF CONTROL" written on the courier's proof of delivery. If you wish to receive an invoice for the products purchased, just indicate the VAT number and the tax code and the invoice will be issued upon payment by the customer.
The customer can also ask to receive the package at an address other than that indicated on the invoice. Customers who do not request an invoice will be sent a simple purchase receipt.
Sales of online products are similar to mail order sales and therefore are exempt from issuing the receipt and tax receipt (Article 2, letter oo of Presidential Decree 21.12.1996, no. 696). Customers who want an invoice must tell us when ordering, communicating all the necessary data.
